Threating, ominous shadows
A certainty of being watched
When no one is around

Submerged in the depths of history
A twisted mind committing countless atrocities

[Hiding in plain sight]
He is the face of every man
[Watching, waiting to strike]

[Invisible monster stalking its prey]
The silent stalker in the shadows
Slaughtering souls from beyond the gallows

The human embodiment of evil
A savage, brutal butcher
Sentenced to hang for his crimes
And vowing that death would not stop him

Erased from the annals of history
Forgotten by time, shrouded in anonymity

Taking the mortals under possession
Instruments of his death’s obsession

He lurks behind the veil
Taking lives at will
Unsuspecting souls lined up in rows
Ripe for the kill
Population’s dying
The streets filled with crying
And terrified survivors
Fleeing the horrors

A stealthy, silent observer
Catching glimpses of the murders
Knowing now what has transpired
Can make the evil be expired
Place the bait, the trap has been set
Lying in wait to ensnare one not dead
Evil strikes for the last time
No more life taken by his design
